Tim Hamilton started his professional music career as a member of the United States Marine Corps Band New Orleans where he served as an instrumentalist from 2008 till 2012. After leaving the Marine Corps, Tim decided to further his music education by attending Morehead State University where he received a Bachelor or Music Education, studying conducting with Dr. Richard Miles, music pedagogy with Dr. Susan Creasap, and trumpet with Mr. Greg Wing. During his time at Morehead State, He has continued to perform as a freelance musician in Central Kentucky and Southern Ohio. Tim's primary trumpet teachers include John Parker, Gunnery Sergeant Daniel Ireland, and Greg Wing. Outside of music, Tim enjoys outdoor activities, travel, shooting sports, and powerlifting. Tim completed the Bachelor of Music degree in trumpet performance with Dr. James Stokes.
