Praised for his “heroic timbre,” Hunter Rogers is a first-year graduate student in Voice Performance at ASU. In addition to his duties as the tenor in Quintessential! and the opera department, he can be found performing with the Asheville Lyric Opera. Past performances include Die Zauberflöte, South Pacific, Il Barbiere di Siviglia, and Beatrice et Benedict. Oratorio performances include The Messiah, Lord Nelson’s Mass, and the North American premiere of Bob Chilcott’s Christmas Oratorio as the Evangelist. Hunter is thrilled to be pursuing his masters degree at App with his beautiful wife, Stacie and their strapping son, Whit.
